What You Need to Know Before We Ship

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not process international orders at this time.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your package. The carrier is selected at our discretion based on package size, destination, and the fastest available service.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Tracking Your Order
Once your package is on its way, a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use this number to monitor your delivery progress on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, occasional delays due to carrier issues or unforeseen events may occur. If your package is significantly delayed or marked as lost, please reach out to us immediately so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution as appropriate.

Taxes & Duties
All prices are listed in USD. For orders shipped within the United States, applicable state sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout. No additional customs or import duties are required.
